BTEC Level 2 CoPE
This course helps you to develop and demonstrate a range of skills. It contributes 5 Credits towards CoPE Level 3 if you choose to continue on to that course.

Entry requirements
The entry requirements for this course are a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades 1-3 (or BTEC equivalents).

Course Content
You will take responsibility for planning, organising and carrying out a number of activities or challenges. The challenges are chosen from 12 modules as outlined in the CoPE Student booklet. The challenges may be completed in a variety of situations, in college, in the community or in the work place. You will evidence your learning in a portfolio.

Assessment
You will need to produce a portfolio of evidence to reflect the following six skill areas.

The course will help support any future study or work you undertake. You could take the CoPE Level 3 and automatically have 5 Credits towards this qualification as a result of passing your CoPE Level 2 course.
