Unclaimed Certificates

Learners and students collect their exam certificates at their Presentation Evenings. For those who do not attend, certificates are available for collection from school  after these events. In line with guidelines issued by the Joint Council for Qualifications, we hold certificates for 12 months from the date of issue. They will then be returned to the examination boards. Should individuals have to apply to the examination boards for re-issue of the certificates, the boards usually require a significant fee to do so. It is therefore in your interest to pick up any outstanding certificates from the main School Office as soon as possible.  This can be done between 9am and 4pm.

Please note that all certificates must be signed for by the learner/student personally on collection. If you would like someone else to collect these for you then you must write a letter to the Examinations Officer detailing who will be picking up your certificates on your behalf.
